This website is information, not a contract
Everything here describes the work we do. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a binding agreement. A price for your job exists only once we have looked at your property and given it to you in writing, and the written scope of work is what governs the job — not anything on this site.
Our guides are general, not advice about your property
The homeowner guides explain how things usually work — roof claims, storm damage, choosing a contractor, roofing materials. They are written to be generally true, not to describe your roof, your policy, or your situation. They are not legal advice and they are not insurance advice. Your own policy, and a look at your own property, are what actually decide anything.
Contacting us does not create a working relationship
Sending the form or calling us starts a conversation. It does not oblige us to take on your job, and it does not oblige you to hire us. Either of us can walk away until there is a signed agreement.
